Pfyffer SA reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time by publishing a new version. Each order placed after the date of publication of the latter is subject to the new conditions.
1. Customers
Only adults are allowed to order alcoholic beverages on our shop. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and understood the conditions of sale mentioned here.
2. Products – prices
All our prices displayed are gross (VAT not included) and do not take into account actions or other special conditions. They are given in CHF. VAT is 2.5% for non-alcoholic beverages and 7.7% for alcoholic beverages, equipment and food. It is added directly to the invoice.
Prices are displayed per unit of consumption, i.e. per bottle, can or brick. For products in barrel, Party-barrel, Container or Dribag, prices are per litre.
The prices on our shop are updated regularly and are authentic.
3. Packaging instructions
Most packages (bottles/cases/barrels) have a deposit, which will be refunded upon return. This instruction is understood as follows:
– 18cl / 20cl / 30cl / 35cl / 50cl glass bottle: CHF 0.30
– 75cl / 100cl / 150cl glass bottle: CHF 0.50
– Harasse / crate: CHF 5.00
– Keg / Container / Container for returning lost glasses: CHF 50.00
– Gas container: CHF 100.00
– Coolkeg: CHF 150.00
Exceptions are possible, especially with foreign or special goods.
4. Non-returnable packaging
Aluminium cans, PET bottles or disposable glasses are not returnable but a recycling fee of 3 cents per package is applied to them. For lost glasses, we offer a clearing service, by 80lt container. The deposit for a bin amounts to 50.00CHF and the return of the full bin to 8.00CHF.
5. Back
The possibility of returning goods is part of our services, under certain conditions. The packaging must be intact (neither opened nor damaged) and the expiry date of the goods must not be too short for resale or exceeded. We only take back current products: if we have ordered a specialty for you, it cannot be returned.
6. Terms of delivery
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. A breakdown service is provided on Saturdays until 12 noon. We deliver as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours) or according to an agreed schedule. It is possible that some goods are not in stock and, if so, that they will be delivered within approximately 10 days.
A delivery charge is applied but repairs for events and professionals are generally not charged (subject to change).
7. Terms of payment
Our normal terms of payment are as follows: full payment of the invoice within 15 days, from the date of issue of the invoice or directly on delivery (cash or card). Pfyffer SA reserves the right to request a deposit or full payment of the invoice on delivery.
